What exactly were the steps you are taking to make this occur (we want to see if we can reproduce it)?

Also, be sure you have this option enabled:
General Settings Window: Save Message Log to File (Global Settings >> General Settings >> Log >> Log)

Then, if you can reproduce this, then find the most recent Message Log (located in your main Sierra Chart installation folder - typically C:\SierraChart, under the folder named Logs), and attach that Message Log to this thread.
