Hi, For some reason my data started to show difference between the provider and what was showing in the chart. Provider is IB. I would like someone to take over and verify my configurations and setup. I would like a paid assistance. Thank you. Best, Haroldo |

We want to point out that you are setup to get data for the CME Group from us (Denali Exchange Data Feed). So it is possible that if you are comparing data within Sierra Chart to IB data, then there could be differences.

As long as you are receiving data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed, then that is all that counts and you are definitively getting correct data.
