Hello, I am consistently losing the data connection several times per hour. The software always reconnects, but these outages are very frustrating. During this time, I know that other software is still streaming on my machine, so it is not the internet connection itself. It is a Sierra Chart specific issue. Below are two of the example error codes I consistently see and the server frequently used. I pinged the server several times (also tried d22 and d21) with and without Sierra Charts running and each time 100% of the requests timed out. Several other sites pinged had mid teens ms round trip times and 0% packet loss. Any suggestions on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated. DTC Client socket (2) | Close event error. This is due to a network connectivity issue somewhere. That is definite. You are just providing fragments of the Message Log which is not helpful. Thank you. I have tried restarting things, but that hasn't fixed it. Other programs, including market data services and HD video stream just fine on this computer, it seems to only be sierra that has the lost connections. I will try disabling the firewall.
