I am AMP customer and first time trying to get setup with Sierra chart with order routing from AMP. I have paid 46$ and could connect to data feed and it shows green DF:7613. However when i try to access F.US.EPH21 or any other data it shows old data and does not move. I have done emergency data activation and then paid for realtime data. I am not saure emergency activation is causing the issue. I am totally confused now. WIll I be able to trade using Sierra charts keeping AMP futures as my broker? Please fix the issue asap. I have already paid 46$ for CME data exchange but it says Failed to activate the 'Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts' exchange. Insufficient balance to activate service. A balance of at least 31.2 USD is required to pay for all required services. Current balance for account is 10.00 USD. Make Payment For 21.2 USD: Can you please credit the amount I paid yesterday for CMEdata exchage because it did not provide me realtime data. Thank you. |

I am again not getting realtime data and I just paid $42 (18 from balance and 24 new) for denali exchange package 11. However it is asking me to pay 31.2 for activate to activate the 'Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional. Is my monthly total $42 for denali and $31.2 for CME?. Please provide me Denali realtime data as soon as possible since I paid $42. Your billing is so confusing and I would like to know what my monthly charges are and would like to get realtime data asap. THanks.

I do not need package 11. All i need is Package 5 and CME data that I had before. But it automatically defaulted me to package 11 and I paid 46$. I am totally confused now. Can you please put me on package 5 wth Full CME group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) non professional? I think this is what I had before and would like to continue the saem. I still do not understand why it is asking me to pay 46$ plus 31.2$. Please help me out. THanks.

You need to be on Package 11 to get the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Your monthly fees would be the following: - Package 11 (Advanced + Denali Exchange Data Feed Fee) - $46.00 per month - Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessionals - $31.20 per month The timing of when these are due are different. The exchange fees are paid on the first of each month. The Package fees are paid on a 31 day cycle, so the specific date changes from month to month, but it will be around the date from when first starting using the software without interruption (in your case, this is currently the 23rd of next month). Therefore, in order to get the Denali Exchange Data Feed, you will need to go through the Setup Instructions as outlined in the following link. Note that if this is your first time using the data feed, then the exchange fees are free for the first calendar month in which it is activated. assuming I am starting both Denali and CME on the same date, I need to pay 46+31.20 which $77.20 per month. If I do not want Denali Exchange data feed and just use regular data feed how much would it cost? what are my options without denali data feed to get real time data? Thanks.

You really need to use the Denali data. For Sierra Chart there is no other option. We are phasing out CME data from CQG. It is only 10 USD a-month more. You have to always pay the exchange fee regardless. So the answer to this is yes if you require market depth for all the CME group which would seem unlikely: I need to pay 46+31.20 which $77.20 per month
