I am AMP customer and first time trying to get setup with Sierra chart with order routing from AMP. I have paid 46$ and could connect to data feed and it shows green DF:7613. However when i try to access F.US.EPH21 or any other data it shows old data and does not move. I have done emergency data activation and then paid for realtime data. I am not saure emergency activation is causing the issue. I am totally confused now. WIll I be able to trade using Sierra charts keeping AMP futures as my broker? Please fix the issue asap.
