Lately I have been facing issues with either my ETH or RTH chart (issue not faced simultaneously, I have both charts on 1 screen) The data suddenly stops loading on either the RTH or ETH while the other charts keep continuing loading data If ETH chart stops then RTH works and vice versa |

What are the session times set to for the two charts (including Time Zone)?

have attached screenshots for session times for the two charts I can see the Current Price Line (study) move but the Heikin-Ashi bars will not print on one chart but will still be printing on the other chart This issue has recently cropped up and only between RTH and ETH chart. If RTH has issue the ETH will be fine and vice versa |

The way you have your session times, you should always be getting data in Chart #2, as it covers the entire 24 hours of trading, with just a gap from 17:00 - 18:00. Then Chart #3 should only be showing data during the Regular Trading Hours (09:30 - 16:14:59). Let us know if this makes sense with what you are seeing, as we are not sure exactly what the problem is.
