The way you have your session times, you should always be getting data in Chart #2, as it covers the entire 24 hours of trading, with just a gap from 17:00 - 18:00. Then Chart #3 should only be showing data during the Regular Trading Hours (09:30 - 16:14:59). Let us know if this makes sense with what you are seeing, as we are not sure exactly what the problem is.
