You should be receiving the data for Bitmex. What symbol are you trying to open?

--------------------------

With regards to the Denali Exchange Data Feed, your Agreements have been rejected as you are indicating that you are a Non-Professional, but you are not entering your trading account information. Additionally, you have activated a Non-Professional exchange, but you have not connected to a trading account yet. Refer to the following information for why you need to have a trading account in order to qualify for the Non-Professional exchange fees for the CME:

If you do not have a trading account, then we recommend the following service to get an account for a minimum cash outlay:

------------------------------

With regards to the Numbers Bars, we would need more information. What exactly do you mean by "disappearing"?

Do you have an account with a Futures Broker? If so, what trading service are you using with them?

Do you know if they are using CQG or TT for their actual futures trading provider? Or if they use their own connection to the exchanges?

As part of the process to validate your account for the CME Group, we ask that you connect your Sierra Chart to that account at least once a month. We then use that connection in order to validate that you have the account electronically. As such, we need for your broker to have support for either CQG or TT in order to for us to be able to make that connection.

Let us know what you find out in this regard and we can direct you from there.

As we mentioned above, we recommend the following service that will qualify as a futures trading account for the CME Group:
Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement

Otherwise, you would have to pay the professional fees.

Hello

After failing to comply as a nonprofessional, I want to know exactly step by step what services I need to activate more (after Package 10 or 11?) to see Nasdaq 100 Emini (MNQH21-CME) asset real time data orderflow with number bars??

I see option
`CME, For professionals and users without a trading account costs 109.20 USD / month CME, GBLX` - what is this for?
and #2 option
`CME E-mini, For professionals and users without a trading account Symbols: GBLX* that costs 62 USD, however after hitting Activate link I receive error message `Failed to activate the 'CME E-mini, For professionals and users without a trading account' exchange. The Data Feed is not enabled on the account.`
Which one to use for Nasdaq100??

It has been a struggle to orientate in services. I want to clarify of not overpaying for services(that I have previously done), I am asking Your help - Do I need to activate Package 10 - Standard - Denali data Feed / 36 USD or 11 Advanced - Denali Auto Feed / 46 USD ONLY, the other packages 3 and 5 are not good right to see number bars. The difference between 10 and 11, is 11 shows number bar info, 10 does not?

Your answer is overrated!

look forward,

Rasmus

We see that you have filled out the agreements and activated the exchange. Therefore, it looks like you do not need any further help.

Yes that is the correct one and unfortunately that is the cost if you do not have a funded trading account.

Hello!

I have not used services for a full month yet, when I need to renew them again?

About two weeks have passed from last time when I purchased Denali exchange Services for Crude Oil, Nasadq - system now again asks to renew them!??

Why is this?

The exchanges are billed on a calendar month basis and they do not pro-rate them. Therefore they renew on the first day of each month, and when you activated them in the middle of the month last month, you still had to pay the full amount for the remaining amount of time in the month.
