Do you know if they are using CQG or TT for their actual futures trading provider? Or if they use their own connection to the exchanges? As part of the process to validate your account for the CME Group, we ask that you connect your Sierra Chart to that account at least once a month. We then use that connection in order to validate that you have the account electronically. As such, we need for your broker to have support for either CQG or TT in order to for us to be able to make that connection. Let us know what you find out in this regard and we can direct you from there.
