Hey all, A few days ago randomly, the "SPY" ticker stopped tracking live data and shows all 0s on my footprint and I can only get it to update manually by deleting and redownloading data every time. All of my other symbols update real time and work fine. Any solutions for this? Thanks in advance. |

This is a Symbol Settings problem. Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings: Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings You may also need to disable Use Custom Symbol Settings Values. When the above is done: Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download".
