Hello, I'm a bit confused as to which method I need to follow to setup the Eurex Datafeed. From what I can tell there are two methods below: 1 - Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, including Setup Instructions refer to the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed page. 2 - Denali Exchange Data Feed, including Setup Instructions, refer to the Denali Exchange Data Feed page. I'm currently classed as a non-professional trader as I trade privately at home. I see you have just about got everything set up in EUREX data centre with the feed starting to come through. So I'm looking to get things set up on my end as well. As I would like to start receiving the EUREX DAX market depth data feed from you. I would also like to see how this compares against the IQ feed I'm currently subscribed to. I noticed from the current posts (New Upcoming EUREX Full Order Book Data Feed (Now Available!)) its mentioned it's free this month while you double check everything. If you are able to set up the subscription for me or tell me which route to take (Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed or Danali Exchange Data Feed) I would appreciate it. Regards, Richard |

If you can wait another day or two, then the new implementation should be ready to be used. When available, it will be part of the Denali Exchange Data Feed, but there is no requirement for a funded trading account (that is a CME Group requirement). Just watch that thread that you reference for when this is available. If you cannot wait, then you would need to setup the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and enable the EUREX exchange. You will be eventually moved to the new implementation. I've enabled the Denali data feed and followed the instructions to set up real time data feed for the EUREX Dax futures market. However I'm not getting any real time data coming through. It appears to only be historic data. There is no [M] next to the symbol as well. I was previously using IQFeed before switching over to SC Data - All Services. The symbol when using IQFeed for the Dax market is XG# whereas when using SC Data - All Services feed the symbol is FDAXH21-EUREX. Unfortunately when selecting translate symbol to current service it doesn't work. I have to manually change the symbol. In any case even once manually changed it still doesn't work. I've tried following the Sierra Chart Software Instructions section but it still doesn't work - Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* Attached is a screenshot. I see the EUREX data feed is released again on the Denali Exchange data feed as indicated on the thread New Upcoming EUREX Full Order Book Data Feed (Now Available!) I've got the pre-release version 2227, Denali Exchange data feed active and SC Data - All Services selected. I'm not receiving any real time data, it's stuck on historical data. I don't have the [M] next to the symbol to indicate real time data. Screenshot attached. |

I have the same issue - I have got everything setup but it's not moving in real time. If I run a delete and download data it refreshes the data, but it doesn't move again from that point onwards. How do I get the real-time data please? |

That's the message log after the forced login. I opened Sierra, clicked cancel, ticked the force login box, then clicked login. Then cleared message log and that's what I've sent above. |
