I've enabled the Denali data feed and followed the instructions to set up real time data feed for the EUREX Dax futures market. However I'm not getting any real time data coming through. It appears to only be historic data. There is no [M] next to the symbol as well. I was previously using IQFeed before switching over to SC Data - All Services. The symbol when using IQFeed for the Dax market is XG# whereas when using SC Data - All Services feed the symbol is FDAXH21-EUREX. Unfortunately when selecting translate symbol to current service it doesn't work. I have to manually change the symbol. In any case even once manually changed it still doesn't work. I've tried following the Sierra Chart Software Instructions section but it still doesn't work - Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* Attached is a screenshot.
