[Locked] - Important - Program on load dll missing and message log/studies issues

Dear Engineering I have 2 issues I'm noticing with Sierra Chart (V2222). 1) I'm receiving errors messages when loading without anything else applied. 2) When I go to select "Custom" studies I'm getting what seems like a memory issue? * No custom studies exist other than those provided in the program itself. * C:\SierraChart64\Data\SierraChartStudies.dll; is in this location. Comments and details taken from log. As soon as I right-click studies on any chart the message log records (line 2): Socket (3) | Closed. | 2021-02-08 11:03:19.855 Failed to get the function address for scsf_OneTimeFraming in C:\SierraChart64\Data\SierraChartStudies.dll. Error: Windows error code 127: The specified procedure could not be found. | 2021-02-08 11:03:52.370 * Then when I select "Custom Studies" from the options the message log then adds the next line (line 3). Socket (3) | Closed. | 2021-02-08 11:03:19.855 Failed to get the function address for scsf_OneTimeFraming in C:\SierraChart64\Data\SierraChartStudies.dll. Error: Windows error code 127: The specified procedure could not be found. | 2021-02-08 11:03:52.370 * Loading DLL: C:\SierraChart64\Data\UserContributedStudies_64.dll. Handle: 7ffa79ef0000 | 2021-02-08 11:06:27.088 ** "Handle: XYZ" reference occurs in the message log against every custom study loaded. Please comment as soon as possible as I'm concerned this may be corrupting or causing issues with my charts/studies. Many thanks. |

Thank you the (scsf_OneTimeFraming) error seems to have disappeared with version 2226 Failed to get the function address for scsf_OneTimeFraming in C:\SierraChart64\Data\SierraChartStudies.dll. Error: Windows error code 127: The specified procedure could not be found. | 2021-02-08 11:03:52.370 * However with no other study dll's in the data folder I am still getting the following message as soon as I select studies >> custom studies. Obviously, when I add my own they will also all show the same message.
