Dear Engineering I have 2 issues I'm noticing with Sierra Chart (V2222). 1) I'm receiving errors messages when loading without anything else applied. 2) When I go to select "Custom" studies I'm getting what seems like a memory issue? * No custom studies exist other than those provided in the program itself. * C:\SierraChart64\Data\SierraChartStudies.dll; is in this location. Comments and details taken from log. As soon as I right-click studies on any chart the message log records (line 2): Socket (3) | Closed. | 2021-02-08 11:03:19.855 Failed to get the function address for scsf_OneTimeFraming in C:\SierraChart64\Data\SierraChartStudies.dll. Error: Windows error code 127: The specified procedure could not be found. | 2021-02-08 11:03:52.370 * Then when I select "Custom Studies" from the options the message log then adds the next line (line 3). Please comment as soon as possible as I'm concerned this may be corrupting or causing issues with my charts/studies. Many thanks. |
