Does package 3 support replay mode similar to package 5? Also, does package 3 support futures when using with Interactive Brokers?

Package 3 supports Replay the same as Package 5. There is no dependency on package with regards to trading provider. Refer to the following for the differences between Packages. Thanks. if there is no impact to the trading provider, can you please downgrade my subscription to package 3 effective today? Let me know if I need to restart Sierra Chart when this is done? Also, can you please let me know how much credit I am getting into my account after this is done? Can I assume that if see any issues after the downgrade, I can request to restore services back to package 5 without any issues - correct? Thanks |

To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link. Or go to this page: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation You will need to login if you are not currently logged in. In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button. The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price. There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted. Need assistance with the selection so it should not take very long I currently have a 12 month subscription for package 5 but I don't see a similar for package 3 - see screenshot I also have a monthly subscription to Denali so I am not sure if this will changed. We have removed the 12-month renewal options. This is not a problem for you. If you want the next renewal to take advantage of the 6-month option, then select Package 3 - 6 months. Your current usage time will adjust based on the pricing between Package 5 and Package 3, so you will get more days added to your current Usage Time since you are going from a more expensive package to a less expensive one. Again, just select the package that you want to have automatically selected once your current Usage Time ends. Everything else will take care of itself in terms of getting you switched. The Denali Exchange Data Feed will not be impacted by this change. Yes you are all setup. You are now on Package 3 and your current usage time will now end on February 9, 2022. As an aside, you can view your account status and other information on the Account Control Panel on the Sierra Chart website. You can easily access this by selecting Help >> Account Control Panel from within the Sierra Chart software. Yes, we can issue you a credit for remaining time that you do not want to use. Please open an Account Support Ticket to work through that process.
