Thanks. if there is no impact to the trading provider, can you please downgrade my subscription to package 3 effective today? Let me know if I need to restart Sierra Chart when this is done? Also, can you please let me know how much credit I am getting into my account after this is done? Can I assume that if see any issues after the downgrade, I can request to restore services back to package 5 without any issues - correct? Thanks |
