Please, could you help me?

I have paid $ 130,- for access to ICE Europe after you have adviced me to activate this exchange. I still got no data for the thirth day in a row.

Good example, of why we want questions on the Support Board handled by engineering support so mistakes are not made.

That symbol is not part of ICE Europe. But we kind of see how the mistake was made because you showed information that was not from our website showing it is ICE Europe Financials. Ice Europe financials is LIFFE.

You need to use the LIFFE exchange. This is an expensive mistake. These fees are not refundable, so we will have to look at how to handle this. Most likely we will just pay for this, or split the cost.

The refund has been done.

Also we have de-activated renewal of the Exchange so there will be no further costs related to ICE Europe.

Set the 'ICE Europe' exchange on Barchart account #1, on the Barchart system, to be deactivated at the end of the month. Current Ending Date 2021-02-28.
The 'ICE Europe' exchange has been internally deactivated, and will not be renewed.
