I have 4 charts for same instrument. One one of them, I want to disable the cursor synchronization. In that chart window specifically, I disabled Tools >> Global cursor on. Instead of disabling the global cursor for that chart only, it disable it on ALL charts of the chartbook. My question is: how to remove a single chart from global cursor synchronization? |

Hi John, the option is grey I can't use it, but the charts are linked, I need symbol to be spread over them upon change, so i'm not sure how this would help. |

In order to use the option for Synchronize Linked Charts Only, you first have to turn on the option for Synchronize Charts. Given that your charts are all linked, it does not sound like this will work for you. But where you have us confused is that if you are not using the Synchronize option in the Tools menu, then how are you keeping your charts synchronized? Are you using the option for Scroll Position in the linking? If so, then you could just turn that off for the chart that you do not want to synchronize. Or is this just about not displaying the cursor in the other window and not about synchronization? For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

It is just about NOT displaying the cursor on one window, when the mouse is in another windows. I don't want to see on the daily chart window, the cursor when I'm in intraday window. But I want to see it when mouse is in the daily window. I also want to see it appearing on all intraday chart windows. Sorry if the "synchronization" word use was confusing. |

Cursor should NOT be visible on a specific chart where global cursor is NOT set to ON. Problem is that if I set global cursor to OFF on a specific chart, it disable it for ALL charts. Please change it so that global cursor setting can be set on a chart basis. |
