In order to use the option for Synchronize Linked Charts Only, you first have to turn on the option for Synchronize Charts. Given that your charts are all linked, it does not sound like this will work for you. But where you have us confused is that if you are not using the Synchronize option in the Tools menu, then how are you keeping your charts synchronized? Are you using the option for Scroll Position in the linking? If so, then you could just turn that off for the chart that you do not want to synchronize. Or is this just about not displaying the cursor in the other window and not about synchronization?
