How to Post a Message for Support

ExchangeListResponse problem. Only EUREX and FXCM appears.

Hi All, When I request the exchange list (Type 500 ,Service=cqg\|SymbolSettings=cqg) I get back only the response below: 2021-01-11 11:37:28.392\|Info\|_receiveWorker_DoWork - message recieved\|MessageType:ExchangeListResponse Message: "Type":501,"RequestID":0,"IsFinalMessage":0,"Exchange":"EUREX","Description":""} 2021-01-11 11:37:28.407\|Info\|_receiveWorker_DoWork - message recieved\|MessageType:ExchangeListResponse Message:{"Type":501,"RequestID":0,"IsFinalMessage":1,"Exchange":"FXCM","Description":""} This is quite weird because I am connected to all 4 CME exchanges. When I ask for security information for gold (globex) for example, I get a proper response and I can also receive level 1 and level 2 data, so I must be connected. The exchange codes are not set up for all symbols in Sierra Chart. For the particular service you are using, CQG, we can see they are only set up for EUREX and FXCM symbols.
