How to Post a Message for Support

Hi All,

When I request the exchange list (Type 500 ,Service=cqg|SymbolSettings=cqg) I get back only the response below:

This is quite weird because I am connected to all 4 CME exchanges. When I ask for security information for gold (globex) for example, I get a proper response and I can also receive level 1 and level 2 data, so I must be connected.

Not sure if this helps but this is the logon response:

Can anyone please help to figure out why I cannot get the full list?
Why does FXCM appear? I don't trade forex at all.
