need help connecting my cqg account

It looks like you are able to log into the Sierra Chart software. If you are having a problem connecting to your CQG account, then the only help we can provide is to make sure your Username and Password are correct in Data/Trade Service Settings. If those are not working then you would need to verify the information with your broker and possibly update your password. yes i am able to do the first login when you open sierra it wont let me connect my data from cqg for the initial login im using the account and password provided by amp brokers thanks |
