It looks like you are able to log into the Sierra Chart software.

If you are having a problem connecting to your CQG account, then the only help we can provide is to make sure your Username and Password are correct in Data/Trade Service Settings. If those are not working then you would need to verify the information with your broker and possibly update your password.
