I recently purchased a month of Sierra Charts thru AMP Futures (my Trading Broker). Today, I received a Sierra Charts System Notification "Your account has 2 days) of useage time left...purchase more useage time...". Why am I getting this message if I purchased Sierra Charts useage thru AMP? I would be 'double-billed' if I purchased more thru Sierra Charts, since I already paid thru AMP. You do not seem to be using the AMP provided Sierra Chart account. If you want to use a Sierra Chart through an affiliate then you need to directly contact the affiliate who provided you Sierra Chart and they will assist you with this issue. Alternatively you can use a direct account with us, Sierra Chart, and then we will be able to provide you support and assist you with this issue or help with a payment. In this case, simply follow through the step by step instructions here: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_DirectAccount.html You currently have a trial Direct Account, the same one you are using to post on this Support Board. So you just need to log into Sierra Chart with this account and pay for usage time on it. Our recommendation is not to use the AMP provided Sierra Chart account.
