I used Sierra chart, and yesterday it asked me to update the programm, i did it, and i can not start the program, it doesnt open, it doesnt start work. I deleted program and installed new program from website, anyway, i still have the same problem. I have Windows 7. I click the sierra chart, black window opens for 1 second and then disappear.

It sounds like your computer may not be a 64-bit computer. The latest releases of Sierra Chart are no longer sending out the 32-bit executable. Refer to the information in the Release Notes here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/Whats_New.php#SCVer2177 If this is the case, then you will need to go to a release prior to 2177. Your computer is likely 64-bit, but you need to be running a 64-bit Windows operating system. Update your operating system to a 64-bit version of Windows. Windows 7 is available as 64-bit.

Yes, i have 32-bit, and i have no opportunity to update my operating system, i tried to download specific version 2177, but it still didnt work, can you tell me which version else i can use?
