I need help. Yesterday i paid for the platform as I had tested it earlier and loved sierra charts and wanted to start testing with live data. Unfortunately the process was a bit confusing but after a while figured it out. I eventually saw I was still getting delayed data and later found out that I had activated Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts using Denali when I do not have a trading account. I didn't realize I had to choose the option that would give me CME data for none professionals without a trading account. I need the trial and i can't deactivate and activate the right one anymore. It's only been less than a few hours, can someone please help.

We can help you get this resolved. But the first thing we want to point out is that the Professional rates are much higher than the Non-Professional rates. Thank you very much. I would rather stay listed a professional for now as I will create a trading account much later. I just want to test using live data for now as I have already used delayed data. Thank you very much. Please process and get it sorted for me.

The first thing we need for you to do is to fill out the Data Feed Agreements again listing yourself as a professional. The Uniform Subscriber Agreement will not change, but on the CME Non-Professional Certification make sure you select No to the question of whether you are a Non-Professional.
