[Urgent] SC Account management page is broken

This page has been working for as long as I remember it (since 2006-7 I think).. Today my usage time expired overnight. I went to pay but the page was different. 1. there was Add funds link but the packages cant be changed and selection of the packages wasnt there at all (the bit where you can select package and for how many months to pay). 2. i added 30 bucks went back - nothing changed - there was still red bar saying my usage time expired although i have money on the account. so i went to emergency activation. 3. at some point of time i logged off and then tried to log in back i went to broken url like https://usercp.php or something.. so i had to restart browser completely and login again because nothing worked since then.. Please could you somehow roll the changes back (whatever 'improvements' you did - they dont work very well). Also please move the money I have to package N3 because I am on emergency activation now. but i dont like anything which has 'emergency' word in it Thanks |

This is the page you need to go to to pay for Sierra Chart usage time: https://www.sierrachart.com/usercp.php?page=AddCredit This is the page you went to to pay for usage time but it is for adding credit for Additional Services: https://www.sierrachart.com/usercp.php?page=AddAccountCredit At the top of the page, in highlight it says: "This page is for adding credit to the Additional Services Balance. This balance is used for the Sierra Chart Market Data Feed, telephone support, and custom programming. To purchase Sierra Chart usage time, go to the Purchase Sierra Chart Usage Time page, instead of this page." There was a similar prompt that you had to press OK to, to get to that page.
