This is the page you went to to pay for usage time but it is for adding credit for Additional Services:

At the top of the page, in highlight it says: "This page is for adding credit to the Additional Services Balance. This balance is used for the Sierra Chart Market Data Feed, telephone support, and custom programming. To purchase Sierra Chart usage time, go to the Purchase Sierra Chart Usage Time page, instead of this page."

There was a similar prompt that you had to press OK to, to get to that page.
