Problems with exchange services

Dear Sierra Chart Team, i have a exchange service subscribed a few months ago, which is called "Eurex with Market Depth". This service includes the DAX Index with the symbol: DYZ20. This week i have problems with the datafeed for this symbol. In the attachment is a file with a quoteboard with the look on the symbol from this morning. There you can see, that there is no price showing. A second problem ist with the service "U.S. Equities (NYSE, NASDAQ, AMEX, BATS)" which also i have subscribed.
