Problems with exchange services

Dear Sierra Chart Team,

i have a exchange service subscribed a few months ago, which is called
"Eurex with Market Depth". This service includes the DAX Index with
the symbol: DYZ20. This week i have problems with the datafeed for this
symbol. In the attachment is a file with a quoteboard with the look on
the symbol from this morning. There you can see, that there is no price showing.

A second problem ist with the service "U.S. Equities (NYSE, NASDAQ, AMEX, BATS)"
which also i have subscribed. From time to time there are stocks which also
shows this problems.

We do not see an attachment.

However, we want you to update to the current version:
Software Download: Fast Update

After the update, open your Chartbooks and then use the command Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service

After all of this, if you still have a problem follow the instructions below:

Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
