FYI I had Sierra Charts on an old computer I logged in using that computer trying to retrieve my chart file's that may be part of this problem.

There are 2 problems here:

1. You are logged into the wrong Sierra Chart account in the copy of Sierra Chart you have posted the Message Log from, in this thread.

You need to log into Sierra Chart using the very same Account Name you have used to log into this Support Board with. Here are the instructions:

2. The other problem is you have not set Sierra Chart to use the Barchart Data service. Follow through the step-by-step instructions here:
