Hello, i recently signed up for a trial period of Sierra charts and after i got everything set up to my liking and even made a couple of test trades my data stopped coming in around 3pm and has not returned. Im not sure if i made an error along the way to cause this but everything seems to be ok as it was working fine. I tried to disconnect my data and reconnect and i keep recieving a message saying "Symbol is unknown. Click for symbol information. Already subscribed to symbol. New subscription rejected." Any help would be appreciated, |

What is the symbol for which this is occurring?

ESZ20-CME I got it to work this morning shortly after i sent my first message by selecting Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. I clicked on the error message and it sent me to this link Delayed Exchange Data Feed Everything was back to working fine until around 3:29pm again. Data is at a halt. I tried to redo the command that fixed it before and it still not working. Im not sure why this is happening. |

Our guess is that the stoppage at 3:29pm was part of the standard trading halt for the ES from 3:15 to 3:30pm Central US Time. You will find the trading hours on this page: https://www.cmegroup.com/trading/why-futures/welcome-to-e-mini-s-and-p-500-futures.html Let us know if you are still having a problem. You should be getting the data now. Just be aware that you are getting Delayed Streaming data since you are not paying for the Real-Time data.
