Both the services I use (SC Futures Order routing/data and Bitmex) have been waiting to reconnect for 24 hours.. Im not sure whats happened, how do I fix it?

We are not having any problems with the data connections for these services. Exit from Sierra Chart and use the Forced Login option. The relevant messages are the following: Error getting address info for www.bitmex.com. Windows error code 11001: No such host is known.
This would mean that either your computer does not know how to connect to www.bitmex.com, which would be a network issue. Or the bitmex site is not working, but we can connect to the Bitmex site just fine, so that is not the issue. The interesting part is it wont connect to SC data either.. And yes, internet is working on my side as well connecting to bitmex.com. Also, even when not forcing connection to the SC data instance, it wont let me log in and brings up the same error Date Time Of Last Edit: 2020-10-26 19:50:33

It wont even let me log in, even when not forcing login. Not sure what to do? It just brings up the same error message

The instance I use for bitmex is letting me login.. The one I use for SC data let me log in once today, but ever since then it goes straight to the error message during login

They are on the same computer. I have rebooted and still the same issue. I have also turned off the firewalls
