switched computer and cant get live feed

I had lag and switched to another computer. I noticed I couldn't take live trades so I signed in to sierra with my old computer to see what settings I needed from Data/Trade service settings. I copied those into my new computer and it worked fine. But then I logged out of Sierra on the new computer and when I logged back in I can't get live data. The old computer does get live data. Can you help me?

You can only be getting data on one computer at a time. Make sure the Sierra Chart software is not running on the other computer. What is the symbol of one of the charts that is not getting data?

ESZ20 and GCZ20 are the two symbols I have tried - neither gets data

Those are not the right symbols to be using for the Sierra Chart Order Routing service. Select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service to change the symbols in the charts you have open.
