Sierra freezes on live trade and leaves open position with TT Fix and Sierra data

Hello, today I was trading the ESZ contract and I had a long trade on with sell stop and sell limit bracket orders. The platform suddenly froze, and when I relaunched it, the position was down 5 points and the stops were not server side. I have the settings configured as per the attached. Can you tell me what's going on with the freezing of the platform, and also why the orders were not server side? Thank you guys for your support and building an amazing platform. |

Based upon what exactly happened it was either a performance issue, refer to help topic 30: High CPU Usage | Inactive User Interface | Poor Performance | Long Time to Load Chart Data | Charts Reloading Often Or a network connectivity issue that you had. and the stops were not server side. Attached Orders are always server-side and cannot be disabled. Unless you are using a client-side managed order type. What was the exact Stop order type you are using?
