Hi I have installed sierra chart successfully but when i click on the shortcut it doesnt do anything. I tried going to the installation folder (C\:SierrChart) and run the exe file and still nothing happens. I have a 32 bit system so running 64 bit exe is pointless. I have sent the log to support. The problem i see at the end of the log "Create shortcut: Save error". My name is Michelle and my email is sugar99@dr.com I would love to try this program out ASAP as my friend recommended it as the best for trading futures. I have attached a screenshot to show you more information. Thank you |

"I have a 32 bit system so running 64 bit exe is pointless." What Is New 2177 Release Date: 2020-10-03 The 32-bit version of Sierra Chart is not included with this release. Running SierraChart.exe will start the 64-bit version instead. Try install the previous version from the installer Software Download: Software Rollback Procedure If the problem persists, check the free disk space, and then do the following link: Error Messages Error Messages When Opening Files Date Time Of Last Edit: 2020-10-06 14:28:15

We recommend that you update your operating system to 64-bit. You are currently running a 32-bit Windows operating system. Sierra Chart does require a 64-bit operating system. Older versions do support 32-bit operating systems but it really is recommended you are running a current version of Sierra Chart.
