Hi I have installed sierra chart successfully but when i click on the shortcut it doesnt do anything. I tried going to the installation folder (C\:SierrChart) and run the exe file and still nothing happens. I have a 32 bit system so running 64 bit exe is pointless. I have sent the log to support. The problem i see at the end of the log "Create shortcut: Save error". My name is Michelle and my email is sugar99@dr.com I would love to try this program out ASAP as my friend recommended it as the best for trading futures.
