Hello,
Not receiving real-time futures data. Performed the usual connection to trading service then back to SD data ( all services) to no avail. Every beginning of the month I find the same issue. What's the correct procedure?
Thanks

Hi CMG, Are you talking about CME Group Futures (CBOT, CME, COMEX, and NYMEX), if you should be on the Denali Data Feed:

Denali: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation#DenaliExchangeDataFeed

Step 1: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeAgreements

Documentation for Denali: Denali Exchange Data Feed

If you paying exchange fees on both the Denali Data Feed and the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed at the same time, you will get a $10 rebate (automatically). That is the current policy.

Hello,
My data feed is SC Real Time and Historical Exchange Data Feed and I always have gotten CME futures with that data feed. I have never used Denali.
I still do not have real time cme futures data.

Hi cmgarcia, we see that there was not enough funds on your account to extend all your data services at the end of the month, it looks like you made your payment just 6 minutes after the cut-off time.

We are no longer able to activate CME Data on the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, so you need to use the Denali Data Feed, your first calendar month is free (this includes a free exchanges fee and assumes that you have not used the feed before).

Denali: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation#DenaliExchangeDataFeed

Hello,
I don't understand what you are saying. I cannot have CME through SC data because I paid 6 minutes late for this month? Can you explain better please?
If I have to get denali what happens with all the exchanges that I get through SC data?
Thanks

Regarding "If I have to get Denali what happens with all the exchanges that I get through SC data?"
-- you can keep all the exchanges that you get through the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, its just that the CME is no longer a part of that offering. The CME now is offered by Denali Only. You were among the last few clients getting CME Data through the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and that is ending imminently now anyway.

-- also right now we are giving a $10 rebate to any clients that are paying an Exchange Fee on both the Denali Data Feed and on the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed

Ok.
1. So I need to get two data feeds, one for CME and the other for the exchanges not offered by denali?

Quick question before I read the documentation:

2. Are both feeds possible on same SC instance? and
3. Can feeds be used on different machines?
Thanks

1. Yes.
2. Yes.

3. The rules are different between the two different data feeds. Refer to the documentation for each data feed and each one has a "Connections" section which explains this.
