Hi cmgarcia, we see that there was not enough funds on your account to extend all your data services at the end of the month, it looks like you made your payment just 6 minutes after the cut-off time. We are no longer able to activate CME Data on the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, so you need to use the Denali Data Feed, your first calendar month is free (this includes a free exchanges fee and assumes that you have not used the feed before).
