It depends on what you mean by "connect my SC account with my broker...". For example, if you are using CQG through AMP right now, and you just want to connect Sierra Chart to your CQG account, then you would just follow the Setup Instructions here: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions But, if you want to have your Sierra Chart fees processed through AMP, then you will need to talk to AMP about making that change. For most of what you would want, you will need to start by talking to AMP, but if it is something else, let us know. Hi John, I see that the exchange data feed agreement has been approved for my account as "CME non-professional status". I have funded my account and paid the $31.20 monthly fee for this month (October) - great! However, I'm still only receiving delayed data on SC. So, I checked the message log and for the 4 exchanges it says "(Trading Account Required)". I surmise it is this that is preventing me getting real-time data? Therefore, I got in contact with my broker (AMP Clearing) as I thought I would need some sort of log-in credentials in order to prove my "non-professional status" on a monthly basis - as per the SC instructions. AMP said that I don't need these credentials as I purchased SC directly from SC. What they did say was, that in my situation, SC normally emails AMP and AMP then provides my user details to SC. The desk manager at AMP is called Brian. Email address - tdm@ampclearing.com Please can you help sort this out as I can't trade and this is now starting to drag-on. Thanks in advance. What trading service are you using with AMP? I don't have a service. As I purchased SC directly with you (SC) and fund SC directly in order to pay my monthly subscriptions I was told by AMP that I don't need log-in credentials for a trading service. I currently use Denali Exchange Data Feed for my data feed. The above link you sent - I've just completed the form as per step 3 (set-up instructions). Sorry but I didn't know I was supposed to complete this. Is this the hold-up? Thanks again. |

We will get you setup for the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service with AMP. Now that you have submitted the form, this will get taken care of. You should have information back before the end of the day stating that your account has been setup.
