Hi John,

I see that the exchange data feed agreement has been approved for my account as "CME non-professional status". I have funded my account and paid the $31.20 monthly fee for this month (October) - great!

However, I'm still only receiving delayed data on SC. So, I checked the message log and for the 4 exchanges it says "(Trading Account Required)". I surmise it is this that is preventing me getting real-time data?

Therefore, I got in contact with my broker (AMP Clearing) as I thought I would need some sort of log-in credentials in order to prove my "non-professional status" on a monthly basis - as per the SC instructions. AMP said that I don't need these credentials as I purchased SC directly from SC. What they did say was, that in my situation, SC normally emails AMP and AMP then provides my user details to SC.

Please can you help sort this out as I can't trade and this is now starting to drag-on.
