Hello Have problems connecting to IB: When I attempt to access as I have done since 2011 the button on top right of chart says red background DISCONNECTED. I cannot access the SC help from this screen. small circle attempting to connect and screen is faded. Sorry about this but have to type the Log because I can't get screen shot LOG usage date 2014-02-05 9:41:47 Received 0 data feed user names allow support Sierra Chart Data feeds is enabled |2014-02-05 09:41:47 active service Interactive Brokers checking for new symbol setting for IB requesting setting for IB overwrite = on |2014-02-05 09:41:47 Request for symbol setting completed Processed received symbol settings SC not responding IB not responding I have sent a ticket to IB outlining the problem.
