Hello Have problems connecting to IB: When I attempt to access as I have done since 2011 the button on top right of chart says red background DISCONNECTED. I cannot access the SC help from this screen. small circle attempting to connect and screen is faded. Sorry about this but have to type the Log because I can't get screen shot
