Usage credit problem

Why do I get a usage credit request on Aug 29 to pay in $10 to complete my required $51.3 amount for Sept? I pay that in, and then on Sept 1, I get another request for $40 more to finalize it? (In the past I have paid in more than the $51.3 per month) In the meantime, I get cut off from trading because I have not paid in enough? This is happening every month, and I have to beg a re-instatement of my account. Please help me solve this problem, and also get my account up and running. Thanks. Rob Slater |

The main reason why you keep getting requested for additional funds is that you are paying for your Order Fill fees through us (Sierra Chart). As such, each order fill is removing $0.10 from your account. On August 31, 2020 you incurred approximately $9.00 in order fill fees. Then, on September 1, 2020 you did not have enough funds in your account to renew the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. We do see that you added funds, but it was after we had already disabled the data feed. Therefore, you need to re-enable the data feed. You can do this from this page: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=RecurringServices You can always view your Transaction history by selecting the link for View Transaction Log and Payment Receipts on your Control Panel on the Sierra Chart website.
