The main reason why you keep getting requested for additional funds is that you are paying for your Order Fill fees through us (Sierra Chart). As such, each order fill is removing $0.10 from your account. On August 31, 2020 you incurred approximately $9.00 in order fill fees. Then, on September 1, 2020 you did not have enough funds in your account to renew the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. We do see that you added funds, but it was after we had already disabled the data feed. Therefore, you need to re-enable the data feed.
