ANYONE ELSE HAVING ISSUES with SPREAD CHARTS CUSTOM SYMBOLS?

Hi, Anyone else on the board use custom symbols for spread charts? if you do can you reach out to compare a couple of things so I can try and figure out what is up with my sierra chart. thank you if you are having issues with custom symbols just type a little bit about what your issues are please so i can see if we have the same issues? my issues are many times SIERRA will not recognize my CUSTOM SYMBOL as VALID eventhough it worked yesterday and i valid my other issues are custom symbols do not update intraday historical data just trying to find out if this is just on my end or if this is working for everyone else. thanks for your time. Hi Sierra Chart engineers, I LOVE SIERRA CHART!! ok well as usual it took me to turn off my stubborness and actually try a few diffrent things. I was able to get the CUSTOM SYMBOLS to work and update in my second instance by ..drum roll by setting up the custom symbols in my "MAIN INSTANCE" they are all working perfectly and updating as they should. I would say to always try stuff first in the main instance before and after if they do not work in the second or third instance of sierra chart. 1. create custom symbols in main instance 2. log off and log back in on the main instance and save all 3. when you open you second insatnce the custom symbols will be there and should work. |
