Firewall issue connecting to TT Data

Hello, Can you please tell me what I need to do to resolve this issue? I sit behind a corporate firewall, and I can only assume that I and need to ask the firewall team to open up another port to access this new data feed. When I originally logged into CQG for the first time, I had to follow this same process.
