Hello,

See below referenced screen images:

- in the first screen image my question is, why is the tool values window reflecting inaccurate high/low figures for the month of July?
- in the second screen image my question is, why is there missing data for Thursday 7/30 19:45 session (Friday 7/31 in Japan); as you can see A period registered then there is a gap over the weekend and B period proceeds in today's opening session (Sunday 19:45 8/2/20 [Monday 8/3 in Japan])

Am I missing something in terms of how my charts are set up or how this particular instrument functions?

Thanks for your help

1. We need an explanation of why there is a problem and how you come to that conclusion. Follow the instructions here:

2. Regarding the missing data. Refer to this thread:

Okay, thanks for your help. I actually determined that the issue I was having with the Tools Value Window is that I had the letter price increment set to a high tick value thus distorting the chart relative to the price axis - so good there.

Regarding my second question, I followed your instructions and was ultimately able to delete and download data after which the missing data magically appeared. Would you be able to explain why this happened in the first place and how I can avoid it going forward?

Thanks
