Okay, thanks for your help. I actually determined that the issue I was having with the Tools Value Window is that I had the letter price increment set to a high tick value thus distorting the chart relative to the price axis - so good there. Regarding my second question, I followed your instructions and was ultimately able to delete and download data after which the missing data magically appeared. Would you be able to explain why this happened in the first place and how I can avoid it going forward? Thanks |
