Not able to receive Gain NQ or ES data

I upgraded to SC v 2135 on July 10. Later I found I am missing all Jul 10 data from open till 10:48 am. Sunday Jul 12 data is fine. I only use NQ and ES symbols. I cannot restore missing data using Delete and restore method. What can I do to restore the data. |

Ok we see what the problem is. The historical data is only coming from the OEC system. For extended historical Intraday data you need to change to the Advanced Service Package 5. Refer to the instructions below. And then after that, re-download the data in the chart again. Follow the instructions below: To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link. Or go to this page: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation You will need to login if you are not currently logged in. In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button. The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price. There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. I do not understand why I suddenly need a new more expensive service. This service has been fine for years and I could always delete and reload as needed. How does "extended historical Intraday data" alter my usability? The Service Pack 5 has many useful features, but I don't need those features at this time. If I stay with my present service for data, what feature ( for data feed) will be unavailable?

This relates to changes recently by Gain Capital regarding historical data access and also our policy that we will not provide extended historical Intraday data integrated with external Trading services unless you are on the Advanced Package. The Advanced Package is only $10 a month more. It is not expensive. How does "extended historical Intraday data" alter my usability? It does not other than giving you more historical intraday data.If you stay on the Standard package you just will have access to about a few hours of data from OEC.
