I use Denali data feed and I'm trading the E mini S&P 500 futures. The symbol rolled over recently for the new contract but the data and price isn't changing or updating for it. It's paused right now for some reason. What is the problem and how do I fix it?

Yes the background is intentional. I went through the steps and got part of the problem fixed. Here is my problem now. On my account it says I'm allowed 2 systems. So I have Sierra charts downloaded on a PC desktop and a laptop. I would like to trade with both of them at the same time on the same trading account. Whichever one I open first has the live realtime data and everything works fine. Whichever one I open the sierra platform on second only loads the data to the current time I open the program and then it doesn't update any new data so it's paused. How do I fix this so I can get current up to date data on both at the same time using the same account? Or do I need another account? |

You will need to use delayed data on the other unless you pay the exchange fees twice.
